No. Since we are a wellness clinic, we do not treat or cure medical conditions. You can book directly online. If you have a medical condition and would like to use HBOT, then please gain sign off from your GP.

They work in different ways but complement each other well. HBOT floods your body with oxygen under pressure, driving deep cellular repair and recovery. Red Light Therapy uses specific wavelengths of light to stimulate your cells directly — boosting energy production, collagen and circulation. Many clients use both.

Yes. They work well together and many clients do both in a single visit. Just let us know when booking and we'll arrange it.

Yes — our free 30-minute consultation includes a complimentary 15-minute HBOT taster session, so you can experience it before committing to anything.

Both HBOT and Red Light Therapy are non-invasive, natural wellness therapies with well-established safety profiles. Neither involves medication, needles or UV light. We carry out a short health screening with every new client to make sure the therapies are right for you.

There are some situations where we'd recommend speaking to your GP before booking — for example if you're pregnant, have a serious or complex medical condition, or are on medication that may be relevant. If you're unsure, book a free consultation and we'll talk it through with you. We're a wellness clinic, not a medical one — and your safety always comes first.

No — and this is worth being clear about. RLT uses red and near-infrared wavelengths, not UV light. UV is what causes tanning and skin damage. RLT does none of that. It works at a cellular level to support skin health, reduce inflammation and aid recovery — without any UV exposure whatsoever.

Our chamber is a soft shell design with a reclining seat — more spacious than most people expect. The vast majority of clients feel at ease straight away. If you have any concerns, come and see it in person during your free consultation before committing to anything.

HBOT sessions run 60 or 90 minutes. RLT sessions are 20 minutes. Consultations are 30 minutes and include a free 15-minute HBOT taster.

It depends on your goals. For general wellness, 2–3 sessions per week is a good starting point. For more targeted recovery or specific health goals, we'll build a plan around you during your consultation.

For HBOT — comfortable, loose clothing. No jewellery, watches or metal accessories. For RLT — as little as you're comfortable with. Light needs direct contact with skin to be effective, so the less clothing the better. We provide full privacy throughout.

Yes — a few things to be aware of:
For HBOT: avoid heavy meals within 2 hours, alcohol, caffeine, smoking, carbonated drinks, cosmetics, perfume, deodorant and flying within 24 hours of your session.
For RLT: avoid makeup, moisturiser, sunscreen, skincare products, heavy creams, oils, alcohol, caffeine and smoking on the day.
