The small print
Our policies
Everything you need to know about booking, cancelling, memberships and how we look after your information, written as plainly as we can.
Cancellation policy
Cancelling or moving a booking
Plans change, we get it. Each session is reserved just for you, so we ask for a little notice when you need to change it.
12 hours' notice: cancel or reschedule free of charge using the link in your confirmation email, or call or text us on 07867 967369.
Less than 12 hours' notice, or a no-show: the full session price is charged. If you're using a package or membership, the session counts as used.
We'll always be fair
Life happens. If something genuinely unexpected comes up, please let us know as soon as you can. Any waiver is at our discretion.
Feeling unwell?
If you have a cold, blocked sinuses or an ear problem, hyperbaric sessions aren't advisable. Let us know before your session and we'll help you rearrange.
Running late
If you arrive late we'll do our best, but your session may need to be shortened so the next client isn't kept waiting. The full price still applies.
If we need to cancel
If we ever have to cancel (for example, an equipment issue), we'll let you know as soon as possible and offer you a new time or a full refund for that session.
Terms & conditions
Terms & conditions
By booking a session, buying a package, gift card or membership, you agree to these terms. Please read them alongside our cancellation policy above and privacy policy below.
1. About us
NextGen Wellness is run by NextGen Wellness Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17077950). Our registered address and clinic is Saw 3, Prow Park, Treloggan Business Park, Newquay, TR7 2SX. You can contact us at hello@nextgenwellness.co.uk or on 07867 967369.
2. Our therapies
Hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) and red light therapy are offered as complementary wellness therapies. They are not medical treatment and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. They should never replace advice or treatment from your GP or other healthcare professional. If you have a medical condition, please speak to your doctor before starting.
3. Health and safety
- Before your first session you must complete our health and consent form honestly and in full. Please tell us straight away if anything changes, including medication, pregnancy, illness or injury.
- We may decline, postpone or stop a session if we believe it isn't safe or suitable for you. If we do this before your session starts, you won't be charged.
- Please follow our preparation guidance (sent with your booking confirmation), including what to avoid before your session.
- Please tell us immediately if you feel any discomfort during a session.
- We may refuse a session to anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
4. Age
Clients must be 18 or over, or 16 to 17 with written consent from a parent or guardian, who must also be present at the clinic during the session. We don't offer sessions to anyone under 16.
5. Bookings and payment
Bookings are made online through our booking system or by contacting us. Prices are as shown on our website at the time you book. Payment is taken when you book or at the clinic, as shown at checkout.
6. Packages
- Starter packages are for new clients only, limited to one per person. They are valid for 1 month from purchase, and 12 and 20-session packages for 2 months. Sessions not used in that time expire.
- Packages are non-refundable (apart from your cooling-off rights in section 8). You can exchange unused sessions for other sessions of equal value, or transfer them to someone else. Just let us know.
- Where we offer payment by instalments, all instalments must be paid for the package to remain valid.
7. Gift cards
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from purchase and can be used on single sessions. They can't be used on packages or memberships, exchanged for cash or refunded (apart from your cooling-off rights in section 8). Unused balances can be passed on to someone else.
8. Your 14-day cooling-off period
If you buy a package, membership or gift card online, by phone or by email, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to change your mind and cancel for a refund. Tell us by email or phone within that time.
If you ask us to start your sessions within the 14 days and then cancel, we'll deduct the value of the sessions you've used, charged at our standard single-session price, and refund the rest. We'll refund you within 14 days of you telling us, using the same payment method.
9. Your belongings
Please don't bring valuables into treatment rooms. Belongings are left at your own risk.
10. Our responsibility to you
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, or for losses caused by information on your health form being incomplete or inaccurate. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or anything else that can't be limited by law. Your statutory rights are not affected.
11. Changes and the law
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you book or buy applies. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
Membership terms
Memberships
These terms apply on top of our general terms above. You'll also sign a short membership agreement when you join.
Billing and minimum term
- Memberships are paid monthly by card, collected automatically on the same date each month.
- There is a 2-month minimum term. After that, your membership rolls monthly until you cancel.
- To cancel after the minimum term, give us one month's notice by email to hello@nextgenwellness.co.uk. Your sessions and perks continue until the end of your notice period.
- Your 14-day cooling-off rights (section 8 above) apply when you first join.
Your sessions
- Your sessions refresh each month on your billing date. Unused sessions roll over for one month, then expire.
- Membership sessions are for your own use and can't be transferred or exchanged for cash.
- Unlimited red light (Ultra) means one red light session a day.
- Any HBOT session can be upgraded to 90 minutes for an extra £20. Extra sessions are available to members at a discounted rate of £45 for a 60-minute HBOT session and £15 for red light (90-minute HBOT £65).
- Our cancellation policy applies to membership bookings. A late cancellation or no-show counts as a used session.
Member perks
- Perks depend on your plan, as shown on our memberships page, and are available while your membership is active and paid up.
- Where included, your free oxygen mask and mask bag are given once, when you join.
- Friend perks: one friend per month, and it must be a different friend each month. Each friend can only use a friend pass or friend code once. They're for people new to NextGen Wellness, have no cash value and can't be combined with other offers. Friends must complete our health and consent form like any other client.
- We may change or withdraw perks with 30 days' notice.
Pausing your membership
If illness or injury stops you using your membership, you can pause it for up to one month, with a supporting note such as a GP or physio letter. Billing stops during the pause, and your minimum term is extended by the same amount of time.
If a therapy isn't suitable for you
If your health and consent form shows a therapy isn't suitable for you, we'll cancel your membership. You'll get a full refund if you haven't had a session yet, or a refund for any unused sessions if you have. The minimum term doesn't apply in this case.
Missed payments
If a payment fails, we'll get in touch. Bookings may be paused until it's paid. If payment is still outstanding after 14 days, we may end your membership.
Price changes
We'll give you at least 30 days' notice of any price change. If you don't want to continue at the new price, you can cancel before it takes effect, even if you're still in your minimum term.
Ending a membership
We may end a membership if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken, for example ongoing missed payments or misuse of member perks. We'll always talk to you first.

You have the right to access the information we hold about you, have it corrected, ask us to delete or restrict it, object to how we use it, and receive a copy to take elsewhere. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. However, we can't provide hyperbaric or red light sessions without a current health and consent form. To use any of these rights, email us. We'll respond within one month.
Keeping it safe
We use reputable, UK GDPR-compliant platforms with secure, password-protected access, and payments are encrypted. Health forms are stored in secure, access-controlled systems. Only the NextGen Wellness team can see them, and only when needed to look after you.
