Training a few times a week? You don't need to commit to this much. Most of our active clients come in once or twice a week, often red light after a session and HBOT on a rest day. We'll suggest what fits around you.
Going all in? That's 3 HBOT and 3 red light sessions a week We'll build a routine like this around your training. Start with a free consultation and we'll find the best-value way to do it.

Run by someone who trains

Sport science, not guesswork

I'm Zac, Newquay born and raised, with a degree in Sport and Exercise Science. I grew up playing for Newquay FC, at the tennis club, on the golf course and in the sea after school, so I know what it takes to keep your body ready for the next session.

I'll help you work out how HBOT and red light fit around your training, honestly, and without the hype.

Common questions

I'm already seeing a physio. Can I still come?

Yes. Lots of our clients use HBOT and red light alongside their physio or rehab plan. Our therapies are complementary and don't replace professional advice, so let us know what you're doing and we'll fit around it.

How often should I come?

It depends on your training load and goals. On your free consultation call, we'll suggest a routine that fits around your sessions and matches.

When's the best time, before or after training?

Most clients come after training or on rest days. We'll talk through what suits your schedule.

Can I do both in one visit?

Yes. We recommend red light first, then straight into the hyperbaric chamber.

How much does it cost?

The consultation and 15-minute taster are free. After that, book single sessions or save with a package. See our prices.
